Testing Instructions:
1. as admin, within a course, add calendar side block
2. on monthly view, select a month
3. view source, make sure the table tag for main calendar view has a summary.

The main monthly view of the calendar uses a table for layout but does not have a summary or caption. A simple summary needs to be added saying what month it is for, like "December 2011 calendar".
