Ability Export from Grabebook in CSV Format

      Rename .txt file to .csv file.

      Rename .txt file to .csv file.

      When exporting the Gradebook report, it exports as a .txt file. End users than need to convert that file to a .csv for veiw and upload the file into Moodle. To simplify the process, we would like export directly to a CSV.
