If my Home is defined as starting page after login the navigation block shows two links 'Home' and 'MyHome' that both are linked to the same page.

Links to the same page should be named in the same way. All others is confusing.
It makes no sense to show both links in this situation.

Idea: if MyHome is active as starting page after login, the 'MyHome' link should be hidden.
