In a Lesson's settings, the number of attempts should be dependant on whether question retries are allowed

      In the form to edit a Lesson, under Flow control, there is an to to allow questions to be retried: "Provide option to try a question again". There is also an option for the "Maximum number of attempts". This second control should be disabled when retries are not allowed (ie when the first setting is set to "No".
