String parameter not interpreted in string "invalidcourseid"

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Attempt to access to an invalid course ID URL, e.g. http://moodle.org/course/view.php?id=202222 or qa.moodle.net/course/view.php?id=2222
      2. Observe that the string displays a non-interpreted string placeholder {$a}

      Problem is independent of the language pack used.

      Fix suggested: delete placeholder in string "invalidcourseid" unless we output for parameter something really useful for the enduser
