While using the more accessible interface in chat, students do not receive messages from others without clicking on submit or refresh.
steps
1. Login as a student and access a chat activity.
2. Follow the 'Use more accessible interface' link.
3. Try submitting a few messages.
4. Check that the messages are displayed correctly below the message submit button. Here I would expect back and forth messages to appear when submitted, not requiring any action from receiver. But instead, receiver must click refresh to get message.
5. Check the 'Show only new' box then try submitting a few messages.
6. Check that only the most recent message is displayed.Same problem as step 4.
