Our site is set up with the default homepage for users set to "My Moodle". When logged in as an administrator if I click "Site home". This takes me to the site home with the site course categories. If logged in as a student, when you click "Site home" it just reloads the "My moodle" page. Also, when logged in as administrator and at my "My Moodle" home or if assigned as a manager of the default course category, "Courses" does not appear in the Navigation block. Students see the "Courses".
