For the purpose of this TEST is it necessary that Activity Completion be enabled in some courses.

Select Binarus from Theme selector page

Go to a Course page where Activity completion exists, and from the Navigation block choose Courses > Course (shortname) > Report > Activity Completion or Course completion

Check to see if there is a horizontal scroll bar on the page and that the page layout is not broken (ie: content stays within the bounds of the page and not into the right-hand gutter)

As Mentioned the css seems to be broken.
