In gradebook (user report and grader report) there are links near the grade to re-grade this item. But they only appear when submission exists. For offline assignment where there is no submission, it is impossible to jump directly to the grading of particular student on particular assignment.

Also would be very useful if in User report there is a userid parameter in the link under a module name, that's way we jump directly to grading/viewing of this student on this module. The links near each grade may be switched off but this link exists anyway and it is not logical that it leads to the module page instead of to the student's grade in this module
