Wrong displaying of SCORM TOC

      Attached image contains screenshots of same SCORM package on different installations: my (Moodle 2.1.2+ (Build: 20111027)) and demo.moodle.net (Moodle 2.1.1+ (Build: 20110817)).

      While I could not figure out what causes the generation of incorrect TOC treeview - slightly different TOC hierarchy or something else.
