      2.- with catchall asterisk

      Cloze shortanswer sub-questions not correctly displaying their not answered/incorrect state.
      The display is different if a "catchall asterisk" is used or not in the question text.
      The display does not correctly distinguish between a shortanswer sub-question returned blank or incorrectly filled-in.
