While testing MDL-29677 I came across this issue.

While unit tests are running with "code coverage analysis" mode, any resulting error (for example max execution time exceeded etc) also breaks the "code coverage" link. Once this happens "view latest code coverage complete report" keeps pointing to a blank page, until another unit test with "code coverage" checked, is completed successfully.
