Theme's top menu is not justified to the left correctly in rtl mode

      Have the menu justify to the left with the Hebrew (Arabic...) content.
      Looks weird, but usable.

      When using an RTL Theme, in which, the Theme's top menu is justified to the right
      and the sub menus are still positioned as if they are used on an LTR Theme,
      justified to the right. instead of, to the left.
      (See attached screen capture)

      Basically, this is due to lack of support in YUI library.
      (as far as i could figure it out from their forums and documentations. I'd LOVE to be stand corrected)

      I'd love to get some help in JavaScript or CSS to fix this issue.
