When you go into any course, access any activity (such as News Forum) in the course, and then click the Participants link in the Participants block... we receive an error message that says Invalid Context.

Result as seen in Fiddler trace: 404 Page Not Found

Result Dsipalyed: Invalid context - More information about this error; Link for more information is a blank page.

The people block only shows lists of course participants, so it is expecting a contextlevel of 50 - a module has context level of 70.

Not sure if this is a bug or a misuse of the block, but clients are getting confused. Maybe block it from being accessed in an activity if it shouldn't be accessed.
