Disable "AJAX and Javascript" in "My profile settings" dont disable Javascript 100%

      1. goto "My profile settings"
      2. disable "AJAX and Javascript"
      3. "Update profile"-button
      4. goto any file picker, like your "User picture": it's the javascript version of filepicker
      5. Disable Javascript in your browser to see the javascript-less version of filepicker.

      Sometimes we have participants having problems with the file picker. We say use an other browser or disable javascript. Most of the participants are not allowed to change IE security policy or using an other browser. The best would be to accept the moodle profile setting for javascript.
