Regresion causes upgrade to 2.0.4 to result in large mdl_backup_controllers table

      We had the problems in mdl-25811. After upgrading to 2.0.4 from 2.0.3 our mdl_backup_controllers grew to 667 MB (total database is 790 MB). So we have a problem with the database. 

      Default exception handler: Fehler beim Schreiben der Datenbank Debug:
      		 
       
      		 
      Table './something0001/mdl_backup_logs' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed  (or any other mdl)

      "Fehler beim Schreiben der Datenbank" translates to "Error writing to database".
