When I create quizzes using only essay-style questions, the first question always appears with the full formatting bar, whilst subsequesnt questions only show the input field for the student to answer in. This happens whichever question I select as the first. Is there a way to ensure consistent style/format across all questions, no matter where thay appear in the quiz list?
