i was adding a comment under a database activity entry.
It was confusing , when adding short one line comments, to see little up/down arrows at the end.

I later figured they were part of the scroller. The weird thing is that the comment is already shown as a whole when i tested with a few more lines.

What is the purpose of the scroller then?
