workshop - submissions phase - all submissions (rtl mode) user list miss-displayed

      The user list for "All submissions" in the submissions phase of a Workshop Activity
      is displayed incorrectly.

      It seems the div (<div class="submission-summary">) in RTL mode,
      is displayed one inside the other
      instead of one after the other (like in LTR mode)
