When a file is too large to be uploaded (for example a student attaching a file above the limit for a forum), the warning window that the file is too large is behind the file picker window. Depending on the location of the file picker window, the new warning window can be completely blocked. The user then has no idea what to do next and why the file hasn't attached and the file picker.
