      to test my solution it shoud be uninstalled the theme
      then:

      process 1:
      step 1: install the old release of March 5 - upgrade
      step 2: and finally install the current release - upgrade

      process 2:
      step 1: install a release older than the one of March 5 - upgrade
      step 2: and finally install the current release - upgrade

      Every upgrade should be error/notice free.

      As Eloy stated in MDL-27588
      I actually found that the error is due to a name of a variable that I modified during last two previous push.
      The problem comes from the missing version.php file in the previous two releases of the theme so I was forced to add a dirty workaround in formal_white/db/install.php
