TinyMCE does not seem to have support for proxies

      Spell check in Moodle 2 tinymce editor does not work behind a proxy.

      Checking spelling takes up to 3 mins and ends up not actually correcting anything

      From our investigations it seems that tinymce does not flow through moodle's proxy settings and that's why it fails.

      this seems to persist in V2.1
