Editing an Event - Invalid Endtime displayed

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create an event with a valid start time and specify Duration in minutes. (ex: starttime : 11:00am and Duration in min: 23)
      2. Save the Event.
      3. Event will be displayed to the user (Start time: 11:00 am and End time:11:23 am )
      5. Click on Edit event - End time should not be rounded off to the nearest minute (End time: 11:22am not 11:20am)
