If a course has students who have enrolled to a course via Flat file (CVS), they cannopt be un-enrolled by Course Reset.

They also cannot be removed manually. A new Flat file has to be uploaded to remove the students.

Previous versions of Moodle do not have this issue (i.e. moodle 1.9 - students can be manually un-enrolled regardless of the initial enrolment method)
