Activity names auto-linking filter does not work in Database module activity Templates

What I expect to happen: when typing in the name of a resource or activity in a database activity template, I expect those names to be automatically linked to their respective resources or activities because this is what happen elsewhere.

What happens: nothing. The filter does work in the Introduction part of a Database activity but not in any of the templates. This filter did not work in the 1.9 database module either.
