Create a label resource in a course topic. In the HTML editor, use the OL or UL buttons to create an ordered and/or unordered list of several lines. Use the indent buttons to nest a list item inside another list item. Everything looks fine in the editor. Save changes.

On the course page, an ordered list is rendered as all unordered bullets one level deep. An unordered list is rendered as plain text flush left without bullets. Nesting produces an unpredictable variety of effects.

I found this behavior in the Anomaly, Arialist, and Formal White themes using Firefox.

Creating lists in a Page resource seems to work correctly.
