Because of the new module display system, editing icons and - more importantly - the completion tickbox now appear before the label, whereas previously they appeared after it.

This caused a minor complaint on the forums, but probably I can't ignore it any more now that it has also been reported as an accessibility problem.

The solution is to ensure that, in the new display system, if there is no title but only content (== label), then the icons appear after the content and not before it.

(By the way I hadn't really realised that I was changing this, at the time...)
