User upload does not recognise Template Syntax for e-mail and causes duplicate field error. This used to work file in Moodle 1.9 . Am attaching the file I used which contains only username,password,firstname,lastname . I have been using template syntax for e-mails which used to work fine with Moodle 1.9.
