Display space used in My Private Files

      1. Log-in into Moodle as a normal user (not admin)
      2. Add some files to your user private file area
      3. Check that once the files are added you see a message indicating how much space are you using right now.
      4. Log-in as admin
      5. Check that you don't see the message (admins don't have restrictions by default)
      6. Optionally, as a normal user, you can add remote files (dropbox, etc..) and check that those files are not added to your total files size.

      Within My Private Files it would be good to be able to see how much of the quota disk space a person has used. So a user will be able to go to Manage Private Files and see something like "You currently have used 80Mb of 100Mb." This would allow management of their own area.
      I am not sure if the size of each file can be collated and displayed in an easy to see format. Possibly adding the bytes of each file and dividing by an appropriate number (i think its 1024) to get the megabytes.
