"Blocks editing on" in "Email-based self-registration" fails with error:

A required parameter (auth) was missing

Steps taken:

• Logged in as administrator
• On the left, went to "Users" --> "Authentication" --> "Email-based self-registration"
• On the right, clicked the Button "Blocks editing on"

Then it shows the error

• Clicked "Continue"

As a result, nothing seemed to have happened. I expected the button to toggle the editing mode (as it does correctly for other Components
