In Moodle version 2 importing activities and resources from another course has been improved.

However, importing just one or a few items requires far too many clicks. It is possible to deselect week or topic sections, but it is not possible to deselect all the items in a course. So, if you want to import a single item, you first have to deselect each section in which the item does not appear, then deselect each item in the section in which the desired item does appear.

The solution is to make it possible to deselect all items in a course, and then select just the single item one wants to import.

Also, when deselecting a section, all the items are greyed out but still remain checked. It would be better of when deselecting a section all the items in that section were also unchecked AND greyed out.
