In the Course completion report, the word "All" in the Aggregation method report is hard coded. To reproduce in Moodle 2.0.2 (Build: 20110221):

• create a course with course completion criteria
• select All as Aggregation method
• switching to a language different than English
• access Navigation->My Courses->The course->Reports->Course completion
• The row "Aggregation method" shows "All" in each cell where it is used.
