Running /admin/replace.php when moodle is using MSSQL results in
Message: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Argument data type ntext is invalid for argument 1 of replace function.<br>
adminlib - db_replace uses REPLACE function, which doesn't work on ntext in MS-SQL.
