While playing with the wiki module @ MDL-25501 I've detected some annoyances that should be fixed. I'm just listing them here (not sure if some of them are already reported or no). Feel free to make subtasks, erase duplicates, whatever.

1. wiki/viewversion.php : Doesn't show the "attachments" files but the @@PLUGINFILE@@ thing
2. wiki/diff.php: Doesn't show the "attachments" files but the @@PLUGINFILE@@ thing
3. The "mod_wiki", "attachments" filearea uses wiki_pages->id as itemid, shouldn't be wiki_versions->id instead? What happens if in one version one image is replaced by another with same name?
4. Breadcrumb in a lot of pages is somehow duplicated (comments, edit, history, map...)
