We tried to create sticky blocks at MyMoodle page without permission for non admin user to edit/move/delete them. But we didn't find a configuration to do it.

We tried it with block permission prohibit for all options for users, but they can change them anymore. The idea of sticky blocks is that non ad´min user can't change them. This should be possible also for the MyMoodle page. Why: if MyMoodle is thse standard page after login the faculty should be able to predefine general content, RSS feed with news and calendar at this location.
