If a quiz is hidden because of a grade condition on another activity, it is properly shown as a hidden activity in the topic blocks. However, if the student gets a grade user report, the hidden quizzes show up as normal links. However, hitting those links results in an error with a "More information about this error" link that jumps them to a nowhere page on moodle docs.

These hidden items should also be "greyed out" in the grade user report and they should not be active links.
