Logged in as a new user to Moodle 2.0.1 authenticating via SSO. I'm attempting to edit my profile and trying to upload a profile picture.

I click on 'Choose a file...' next to the New Picture label. The File Picker window pops up, as does a small dialog box in front of it. The message is:

Unsupported redirect detected, script
execution terminated.
***

I click on OK, which closes this box but leaves the File Picker in the background. The 'Loading...' circle continues to go round.

Clicking on 'Upload a file' from the File Picker brings up the same error again.
