Minor While peer-reviewing MDL-25887 I found there was a wickedly nasty wee bug whereby Moodle doesn't respect quoted fields within a CSV file when parsing it for grade import.
If a field is quoted and contains a separator character then it is processed as two fields.
On a related matter I would be surprised if Grade export was quoting fields if they contained the separator as well.
