While viewing activity report (all logs) of a user as administrator, the forum view discussion link under the column, "action" is broken. For example it appears as http://examplemoodlesite.com/mod/forum/http/examplemoodlesite.com/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=1950 in place of http://examplemoodlesite.com/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=1950 . Initially, I suspected this to be .htaccess issue, but even after removing .htaccess file, the issue persisted. Also, the image at the top shows cross which probably should have shown graph.
