      This purpose of this task is to fix the Wiki releated database discrepancies between a fresh install of Moodle 2.0 and an upgraded site.

      • name in 1.9 is default '', in 2.0 is 'Wiki'
      • 1.9 is missing fields timecreated and timemodified
      • 1.9 has field scaleid, 2.0 does not
