On upgrade from 1.9.5+ to 2.0RC2+, the resource URL of the type http://beta.com/login.php?password=kappa&username=John becomes http://beta.com/login.php?password=kappa& amp;username=John and hence does not work. Here username is filled by moodle (screenshot attached). Similar issue is there in RSS block title (MDL-25271) but it is less serious as it does not break the functionality completely.
