1. Register to a private hub
2. In the community finder search page (community block), this hub should be listed.
3. There is no private hub description, neither any other information except the private hub title. All this additional information should be displayed.

We probably need to add some new fields to the registered_on_hub table: description, sites, courses, hublogo and lastmodified

We also need easy cache system (checking lastmodified field), so we don't need to execute a web service call to retrieve the information every time we access the search page.
