When adding an RSS block AND needing to define a new feed, the workflow in the UI could use improving.

At the moment, as shown in the attached video, it goes like this:

1. Add the RSS block.
2. Edit the settings.
3. Add a new feed.
4. No way to return to the block editing, so at best either return to the course and then click on the RSS block edit again, or at worst end up clicking on the 'Manage RSS feeds' link and get taken to the site-wide RSS links view (which may be only for admins I'll admit).

Would be great if there was a button on that 'add a feed' screen offering to return you to the block from whence you came, completing the process the way I reckon it should happen. Until then, I hereby declare this workflow pooched.
