MDLQA-472

Clicking the 'eye' icon next to a gradebook category does not work. It hides items within the category but does not hide the category itself.

Steps to reproduce (removed irrelevant ones, the full list is on the QA bug)

a. Created new course named MDLQA-472, all other settings default.
c. On grades screen, categories and items (simple view) created 3 grade items A, B, and C (all with default settings)
1. Added category Cat1, other settings default - OK
2. Placed grade B into Cat1 - OK
5. Clicked hide eye icon next to Cat1 - item was hidden (closed eye) BUT category was not - FAIL!
