Active tab in standard theme showed over help text

      I managed to get attached screenshot on the qa.moodle.net using lesson module by choosing "standard" theme for the teacher. It may also affect some other themes, but clearly not all of them - some other themes that don't get active tab in bold doesn't have this problem.

      Still it's clearly a bug.
