importing questions in Moodle 2.0 broken since it uses the old filesystem

      When trying to import questions in Moodle XML format, I get a fatal error (copy file not found)... see attachment

      It looks like the question/import.php script is still using the 'old way' to access files ie moodledata/courseid/.... instead of the new filestorage system
