This issue relates to Moodle 2.0 QA Cycle 2 MDLQA-432.

This test requires a workshop which has a number of submissions and assessments.
1. Login as a teacher and switch the workshop to the grading evaluation phase.
2. Set the comparison of assessments to very lax and click the 'Re-calculate grades' button.
3. Check that the grades for assessment are higher than before.
4. Set the comparison of assessments to very strict and click the 'Re-calculate grades' button.
5. Check that the grades for assessment are lower than before.

steps 1-4 pass ok. step 5 fails - grades do not change upon re-calculation.
