Reorder the "Preferred theme" list to display in alphabetical order

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Browse to Settings > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings
      3. Enable course, category, and user themes
      4. Check that when editing your own profile the theme select is alphabetical and contains proper strings
      5. Check that when editing a course the theme select is alphabetical and contains proper strings
      6. Check that when editing a category the theme select is alphabetical and contains proper strings

      When you "Allow user themes" (Theme settings), a list of themes appears when you edit your profile to let you set a "Prefered theme".

      I don't know which order has been chosen for the list options but I think it should be shown in alphabetical order, as in the "Theme selector".
