1) I added an image to the Site Topics section, using the Editor->add image, then file picker->upload image. Image appeared as expected (when logged in, when not logged in, it didn't appear at all)

2) I deleted the image in the editor and saved the edited topic section.

3) Now I am attempting to re-add the image, so I go to the Editor for the topic section, click the add image, chose Find or upload to get the file picker. This is where the bigger problem lies:

• If I go to Recent files, or browse the server files and select the image, I get the "File Exists" error.
• If I go to Upoad and try to re-upload the image, I get the same error
• If I wanted to delete the file to re-upload it, there is no way that I can find to do so.
