It seems that the use case for longtime no see is mainly for courses that use self enrolment. Judging by the reports from teachers it might be better to allow configuration at course level only.

The longtimenosee setting is compatible only with self and manual enrolments, it can not be used with external sync, meta, cohort ,etc.
